Beginners Prop Making
1 Day Worskhop
This day long course will be a basic introduction to making replica prop weapons from foam, working from pre-designed blueprints to create a simple prop weapon.
Suitable for complete beginners with all materials and equipment supplied, this hands-on workshop will be made up of a small number of students who will each have an opportunity to be make their very own realistic, durable and lightweight prop weapon.
Advanced Prop Making
3 Day Intensive Workshop
This 3 day course will give you everything you need to know to make realistic, durable and lightweight prop weapon or costumes pieces.
Working primarily with foam, students will be shown the tools, techniques and tricks for making impressive props with practical demonstrations which they will in turn use to produce their own piece from start to finish.
Beginners Prop Shield Making
1 Day Workshop
Whether you are a Viking or a chivalrous knight, come along and create your very own shield. You'll learn how to create a wood grain effect, how to weather, detail and even rust your piece, and of course how to create EPIC battle damage!
Working primarily with foam, students will be shown the tools, techniques and tricks for making impressive props with practical demonstrations which they will in turn use to produce their own piece from start to finish.
